Introduction
My name is Philip Chindamo. I'm an economist based in Canberra, Australia.
My interests are primarily economic policy including fiscal policy; industry policy and productivity policies. More broadly I am interested in structural change and the interrelationship between the macro economy and labour markets, as applied to Australia. As you can see from my work experience I have been involved in broader economic policy, including industry policy, taxation, and business regulatory reform.
This website provides a sample of my professional and academic work during my career which are in the public domain. Most of my professional work is not in the public domain because it has been for Governments or clients and subject to confidentiality. I have not included examples of work in my current role given that is ongoing.
